We offer engraving and embellishment options to make your smokeware uniquely yours.

Customization Options: Add your name, initials, or a special word with custom engraving on any Grinder or Lighter Case. The Bijoux One Hitter comes with a charm of your choice for a unique, luxe touch. Swarovski rhinestones can also be added to any item for an extra dose of glam.

Shipping + Handling 📦

Processing Time: Orders are processed Tuesday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST. Please allow up to 10 business days from payment before shipment, as each piece is made-to-order.

All orders are shipped via Fedex with tracked delivery in 3-10 business days (after shipping).

Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible
for lost or stolen packages. Replacements or refunds will not be issued.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Where We Ship: We currently ship to: Canada, Most of the USA, Australia & New Zealand. Due to restrictions we cannot ship to: Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, South Carolina or Wyoming. If you're unsure about shipping to your location, feel free to
email us before placing an order.

💡 Customs Fees & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, or tariffs applied by their country.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Each piece is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order details before purchasing.

QUALITY & REPLACEMENTS 💖

If your charm falls off, we’ve got you!

As a startup, we’re continuously refining our production process. While we work out any manufacturing kinks, we offer hassle-free replacements for any charms that fall off your one-hitter—free of charge. Simply email us with a photo, and we’ll send you a new charm ASAP.

Think of Baked & Bougie smokeware like fine jewelry. These are high-maintenance, luxury items designed to be used with extra care.

To keep your piece looking flawless handle gently . Avoid tossing it into bags with keys, coins, or other hard objects. Use the included velvet pouch to prevent scratches and keep it pristine. Clean properly and follow our care instructions to maintain shine and longevity.

💡 Please note: While we are happy to replace charms that fall off, we do not cover general wear and tear—so treat your pieces with love!
